Clients agree to abide by the terms, conditions and policies set forth by inHabit Wellness, LLC. We reserve the right to modify/change rules, regulations, services and pricing at any time.

Our studio is a dedicated inclusive space built on trust and mutual respect. The work of healing is reciprocal and fostering a genuine healing space demands mutual commitment where both client and therapist actively allow and respect the other's complete presence, independent of any differences—including personal life choices, experiences, political or religious affiliation, or beliefs.

No Gratuity

Our pricing is straightforward and covers everything. We don't accept tips or charge extra for different techniques – you get our full expertise every time. Think of us as part of your healthcare team focused on your well-being. Our fees are based on our time and skills. The best way you can support us is by recommending us to your friends.

Cancellation

We require 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 100% of the service fee. No-shows or failure to notify us will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand that unexpected situations happen. While verifiable emergencies, illnesses, or severe weather are usually exempt from these charges, this is determined by your practitioner.

Late Arrival

To stay on schedule for everyone, appointments will end at the scheduled time. If you arrive late, you'll still receive the remaining session time and will be charged the full fee.

Payment / Gift Cards

A valid credit card is required to reserve an appointment. Payment is due at the time of service.  We accept cash, major credit cards, Venmo, Cash App, ApplePay, Zelle, and HSA/FSA cards. There is a $35 fee for returned payments. Gift cards expire 12 months from date of purchase. If you wish to redeem after expiration a $25 reactivation fee will apply.

Right to Refuse

Any inappropriate conduct, including harassment, disrespectful behavior, or requests of a sexual nature, will result in immediate termination of the session, and the full fee will still apply. We cannot conduct a session if a client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
