Meet Your Therapist
Carey Brinkley founded inHabit Wellness in 2007 with the intention to help individuals build deeper, more mindful connections with their bodies. Carey brings over 20 years of expertise as a Licensed Massage Therapist and Instructor. She holds degrees in Biology and Health Science, along with certifications in several advanced bodywork modalities.
As a trauma informed practitioner, Carey brings empathy and understanding to her work, which is reflected in the success stories and positive feedback from her clients. Her commitment to creating personalized, evidence-based protocols helps relieve pain, reduce stress, and enhance mind-body connection.
Outside of her professional life, Carey is passionate about adventure, whether that’s exploring the country on her motorcycle, gravel biking local trails, or discovering new healing practices. She devotes time as a homemaker, curating thoughtful, simple, and functional spaces. She shares these experiences with her spouse, Chris, finding joy in the balance of work, life, and personal growth.
