Owner, Licensed Massage Therapist
Carey founded inHabit Wellness in 2007. As a Licensed Massage Therapist and Instructor, she holds degrees in Biology and Health Science, is a Certified Cupping Therapist, Board Certified in Therapeutic Massage and Bodywork and a Member of the Associated Bodywork and Massage Professionals.
Growing her passion for healthy living, she has received advanced education and training in health coaching, nutrition, and complementary and alternative therapies.
​She specializes in integrative and corrective bodywork using a multi-modality approach.

RIP 2009-2025
On February 13, 2025 our cherished 16-year-old Border Terrier, Dora passed away after a courageous year-long battle with late-stage kidney disease.
Dora earned her emotional support animal certification and embarked on a meaningful career at inHabit Wellness. There, she greeted clients with warmth, escorted them to treatment rooms with grace, and charmed everyone with her delightful personality—always anticipating a well-deserved treat.
Known for her stubborn yet sweet and funny disposition, Dora’s feisty spirit and boundless love brought immeasurable joy to all who knew her. Her absence leaves an irreplaceable void that words cannot fully capture.
